Salary Range: $97,000 - $144,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We collaborate with multiple companies in the Jackson area seeking experienced IT Managers. These organizations value long-term fit and look for professionals who bring both skill and alignment. By joining our network, you gain access to opportunities tailored to your goals.
Usual Responsibilities
- Maintain cybersecurity controls and backup procedures.
- Support shop floor hardware including barcode scanners and terminals.
- Plan and manage the IT budget and equipment purchases.
- Troubleshoot system outages and reduce production downtime.
- Document procedures and train staff on systems and security.
- Oversee daily operation of servers, networks, and plant floor systems.
- Manage ERP and manufacturing execution system support and upgrades.
- Lead a small IT team and coordinate outside vendors.
Recommended Qualifications
- Working knowledge of network administration and Windows server environments.
- Experience supervising staff or leading projects.
- Understanding of cybersecurity practices and backup and recovery.
- Bachelor degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
- Five or more years in IT support or administration, with some in manufacturing.
- Experience with ERP systems used in production environments.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with manufacturing execution systems or SCADA.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Microsoft.
- Experience with industrial networks and plant floor devices.
- Familiarity with ITIL or structured service management.
- Experience managing vendor contracts and budgets.
