Salary Range: $100,000 - $147,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We collaborate with multiple companies in the Coldwater area seeking experienced IT Managers. These organizations value long-term fit and look for professionals who bring both skill and alignment. By joining our network, you gain access to opportunities tailored to your goals.

Usual Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot system outages and reduce production downtime.
• Document procedures and train staff on systems and security.
• Oversee daily operation of servers, networks, and plant floor systems.
• Manage ERP and manufacturing execution system support and upgrades.
• Lead a small IT team and coordinate outside vendors.
• Maintain cybersecurity controls and backup procedures.
• Support shop floor hardware including barcode scanners and terminals.
• Plan and manage the IT budget and equipment purchases.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
• Five or more years in IT support or administration, with some in manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP systems used in production environments.
• Working knowledge of network administration and Windows server environments.
• Experience supervising staff or leading projects.
• Understanding of cybersecurity practices and backup and recovery.

Bonus Qualifications

• Familiarity with ITIL or structured service management.
• Experience managing vendor contracts and budgets.
• Experience with manufacturing execution systems or SCADA.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Microsoft.
• Experience with industrial networks and plant floor devices.
