Salary Range: $53,000 - $82,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Usual Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and emails about products and orders.
• Prepare and send quotes to customers based on their specifications.
• Follow up on open quotes to close sales.
• Process customer orders and enter them into the system.
• Coordinate with production and shipping to meet delivery dates.
• Maintain customer records and update contact information.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate when needed.
• Track sales activity and report to the sales manager.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• years of experience in inside sales or customer service.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial sales.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Knowledge of ERP systems.
• Familiarity with metal fabrication or machining processes.
