Printing Press Operator-Direct Hire

Salary range 62k with potential of $90K

Shift-7pm-7am with a 2-2-3 schedule

Job Description:

. Set up and operate rotogravure press to meet quality/productivity goals

. Monitor color accuracy and print quality

. Troubleshoot equipment and printing issues

. Follow all safety and chemical handling procedures

. Inspect and correct materials during production

. Complete required documentation

. Assist with training team members

. Communicate with supervisors, maintenance, and co-workers

. Maintain housekeeping standards and support process improvements

Qualifications:

. 3+ years web handling and 2+ years rotogravure press experience

. Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills

. Ability to distinguish colors accurately

. Computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems

. Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)

. Commitment to teamwork, safety, and quality

Physical Requirements:

. Lift up to 50 lbs.

. Stand for long periods (steel-toed shoes required)

. Perform climbing, crouching, and reaching
