HVAC Technician

The Performance Group is partnering with a client in the Hanover, Pa. area, to help fulfill their hiring needs for a HVAC Technician. This is a Direct Hire position Compensation: $25-$30 DOE Responsibilities: The HVAC technician will be responsible for HVAC jobs for both our residential renovation projects as well as assisting our internal maintenance team with resident work orders relating to HVAC. Daily responsibilities include: Communicate with Maintenance Director to prioritize jobs and determine schedule Provide estimates and project scopes for upcoming renovation projects Diagnose, repair, or replace heating and cooling systems of all types and ages Boilers (conventional, high efficiency) Hot water radiators Hot water baseboards Steam radiators Hot air furnaces (with and without AC coils) Mini split/heat pump Assist with diagnose, repair, or replacement of plumbing fixtures, Hot water heaters Household fixtures Supply and drain lines (all sizes) Communicate with Maintenance Managers to provide updates on resident work orders Communicate clearly with residents regarding the work being performed while on service calls Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Proven experience in residential HVAC Ability to diagnose and resolve issues independently Ability to manage timelines and meet deadlines Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Familiarity with property management systems and work order software Comfortable working in a fast paced and team environment Valid driver's license Must have own tools (basic hand tools and or drills) Benefits: Company Vehicle/gas card, phone, iPad Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance PTO 401K
