Caddie

The caddie program at The Park offers an opportunity for anyone to get involved in the game of golf, build on important life skills and be a part of an authentic and driven work environment. A caddie at The Park will have a positive impact on any players round. The tasks for this position include kindly greeting customers, providing useful information during the round, keeping the clubs clean, maintaining the course conditions and carry 1 to 2 bags at once or forecaddie. Our Caddie Program is broken down into 3 categories. Junior Caddie, which is an individual who is 15 years or older and/or still in High School. Rookie Caddie, which is an individual that is 18 years or older who is new to caddying. Veteran Caddie, which is an individual who has been caddying for many years at a professional level. All new inexperienced caddies must participate in the caddie training program and pass the caddie training quiz before caddying for customers. Caddies at The Park are required to sustain a fun and inclusive environment for other employees and customers.
