Sales Associates at The Paper Store deliver world-class service using the G.U.E.S.T.approach, achieve sales goals, process transactions at the POS, stock and merchandise products, and maintain store cleanliness. Key ResponsibilitiesModel the G.U.E.S.T. service approach to greet, understand, and assist customers Suggest additional items and capture customer information at the POS Prepare, process, and merchandise incoming products per company standards Perform ear piercings safely and sanitarily at select locations after training Maintain store cleanliness and complete tasks assigned by management Job Requirements Specialty retail experience preferred but not required Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office, and POS systems Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Comply with professional conduct and company dress code
