• Conduct room inspections to identify and address any maintenance or repair issues
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Housekeeping and Engineering, to ensure seamless operations
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the property's emergency procedures and protocols
• Conduct rounds to identify and report any safety hazards or potential issues
• Assist with special projects and seasonal tasks as needed
