• Greet guests, present menus, and provide knowledgeable recommendations

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

• Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring correct presentation

• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the dining area

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow

• Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines

• Process payments and handle cash and POS transactions correctly

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience preferred, especially in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and customer service skills
