Painter/Maintenance Tech

PAINTER / MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – FULL-TIME

The Oaks Club is seeking a full-time Painter/Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for painting and maintaining Club facilities while providing exceptional service to our members and guests.

Essential Duties

• Paint and finish walls, buildings, equipment, and other surfaces.
• Prepare surfaces by sanding, patching, caulking, and priming.
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical (up to 220 volts), and carpentry repairs.
• Power wash and maintain various areas throughout the property.
• Safely operate tools, ladders, and maintenance equipment.
• Complete daily work orders and other assigned tasks.
• Work cooperatively with fellow team members and uphold The Oaks Club A.I.T.P.E. Core Values.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–4 years of professional painting and general maintenance experience required. This is not an apprentice or entry-level position.
• Must be able to independently complete painting and maintenance projects with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Valid Florida driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
