You have a desire to expand your knowledge of our offerings and be creative with your recommendations, using suggestive selling where appropriate. You work quickly, love being part of a team and are capable of solving problems in stride. With a PPA $52 and your skills and effort you can expect to earn exceptional Five Star tips. Even better, most of our guests are celebrating something special which means they arrive in high spirits already making your job that much easier and more fun. While with our team there is ongoing training that only builds on your abilities either with our team or with future endeavors. Full and part time available.

Texas Food Handler and TABC certification required

Must be available to work weekends including Sunday, nights and holidays

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their Perfect Night Out(r) dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS system
• Upsell menu items and wine pairings to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation and franchise brand standards are met
• Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments via POS
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations
• Assist with bussing tables, resetting tables efficiently, and supporting host/hostess duties as needed
• Engage with guests to foster positive guest relations and address any concerns professionally
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and uphold quality standards
• Follow all sanitation, food handling, and safety protocols diligently

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant environments preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy service periods
• Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy
• Experience with upselling techniques to enhance guest experience and revenue
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights; weekend availability preferred
