Helper Operator

Helper/ Operator Position: Helper-Operator Pay rate: $16/ hour Job Description Mega Force Staffing of Asheboro is seeking a Helper/Operator assists with daily manufacturing and production operations by supporting machine operators, handling materials, preparing products, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, willing to learn, comfortable working in a manufacturing setting, and able to perform physical tasks, including lifting. Key Responsibilities - Assist machine operators with daily production tasks and machine setup. - Load and unload materials and products from machinery. - Feed materials into equipment and monitor production as directed. - Inspect finished products for defects and report quality concerns. - Move, stack, and organize materials and finished goods. - Help maintain production speed and meet daily output goals. - Keep work areas, machinery, and equipment clean and organized. - Follow all company safety procedures and instructions. - Work with team members to maintain an efficient production process. - Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor. Skills and Qualifications - Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is preferred but may not be required. - Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes. - Strong attention to detail and quality. - Dependable attendance and punctuality. - Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. - Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks. - Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required by the position. - Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
