Do you love working with babies and helping them learn and grow? We’re looking for a caring, dependable, and experienced Lead Infant Teacher to join our team at The Learning Experience in Heathrow!

What You’ll Do:

• Create a safe, loving, and nurturing environment for infants.
• Plan fun, age-appropriate activities that support early development.
• Follow individual feeding, diapering, and nap routines, including safe sleep practices.
• Track milestones and communicate with families about their child’s day.
• Lead the classroom, support fellow teachers, and maintain a clean, organized space.
• Follow childcare licensing and safety requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous infant childcare experience; lead teacher experience preferred.
• Knowledge of infant development and safe sleep practices.
• A patient, nurturing personality and a genuine love for babies.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• CPR/First Aid certification and applicable Florida childcare credentials, or willingness to obtain as required.
