Project Supervisor

The Kaiser-Martin Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced, hands-on Project Superintendent to lead daily field operations on commercial construction projects. This full-time position combines skilled field work with jobsite supervision, coordinating crews, subcontractors, suppliers, safety, schedules, quality, inspections, and project documentation. The ideal candidate is a dependable leader with strong knowledge of pre-engineered metal building systems, structural steel, carpentry, foundations, building layout, OSHA requirements, and commercial construction practices. Success in this role requires clear communication, sound problem-solving, attention to detail, and a commitment to completing projects safely, efficiently, on schedule, within budget, and to company quality standards.
