In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring products meet customer and company quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. The Quality Technician works closely with Process Technicians, Operators, Supervisors, and Management to monitor product quality, perform inspections and audits, document findings, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on inspection experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
