Weekend Shuttle Driver

About the Role:

The Hermitage Club is seeking a Weekend Shuttle Driver to ensure safe and comfortable transportation for our valued club members. This part-time position offers an opportunity to interact with members in a professional and service-oriented environment while showcasing your knowledge of the greater Wilmington, Vermont area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport club employees to work and home on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and ensure exceptional service at all times.
• Communicate effectively with passengers, ensuring their needs are met with courtesy and professionalism.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and The Hermitage Club’s safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 25 years of age with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Demonstrated familiarity with the Wilmington, Vermont area and surrounding communities.
• Strong customer service skills, including professionalism and maturity in interactions.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to scheduling changes when needed.
