Summary
We are seeking a Digital Program Manager to help deliver a portfolio of digital commerce programs that drive revenue and improve how we serve our customers. Reporting to the VP, Digital Program Management, you will lead multiple cross-functional programs from planning through delivery, keep the portfolio's plans, risks, and status current, and help put new ways of working into practice across the Commerce organization. You'll work alongside senior leaders in Product, Merchandising, Strategic Planning & Analysis, and Technology, bringing clarity and momentum to shared work without taking over the work each team owns. The ideal candidate is an organized, hands-on delivery lead who is energized by using AI and automation to spend less time on status and more time moving programs forward.
This position will support our Digital Commerce group under our Technology Services team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of any of the following locations:
- Dallas, TX
- Chicago, IL
- Las Vegas, N
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Program Execution & Delivery
- Lead multiple concurrent cross-functional programs (typically four to six), building integrated plans, managing dependencies, and driving them to on-time delivery.
- Facilitate program working sessions and checkpoints, making sure decisions, actions, and owners are clear and followed through.
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies early, maintain RAID logs, and escalate with options and recommendations when needed.
- Track scope, schedule, and budget for assigned programs, and provide clear, honest status communication to stakeholders at every level.
- Coordinate with technology teams, vendors, and partners to keep work moving and hold them accountable to commitments.
- Support the most critical revenue programs alongside the Sr. Manager, Digital Program Management as priorities require.
- Adapt across agile, waterfall, and hybrid approaches based on what each initiative needs.
Portfolio Operations & Reporting
- Maintain accurate, current program data in our standard systems of record for the Commerce portfolio.
- Produce weekly portfolio reporting, including executive status summaries, leadership presentation materials, and program update decks.
- Support day-to-day Program Management tool administration, including project setup, templates, user support, and data quality.
- Maintain a portfolio view of self-managed team efforts so leadership has full visibility without adding burden to those teams.
Ways of Working & AI Enablement
- Help implement the Commerce operating model, governance cadence, and standard templates, and gather feedback to improve them.
- Pilot and scale AI assistants and automations, such as meeting notes to action items, automated status reporting, and RAID extraction, that reduce manual effort.
- Help peer teams manage their own projects by creating templates, quick-start guides, and training, and by offering practical support when asked.
Education & Experience
- 5+ years of program or project management experience delivering digital, technology, or business transformation initiatives, including managing multiple concurrent cross-functional efforts. Hands-on experience with enterprise work management tools (e.g., Adobe
- Workfront, Jira, Azure DevOps) is required. Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and with
- Microsoft 365 automation tools such as Power Automate, Forms, and Teams, is a plus.
