Production Worker

The Advance Group has partnered with a production facility in need of Production Workers in Maumee, OH for 1^st^ shift Responsibilities for the Production Worker - Setting and operating various machines - Changing dies for new orders, which includes cleaning the ink off the die - Building boxes stacking products onto pallets - Inspecting for quality - Ensure the machines run smoothly and at a fast pace - Troubleshoot any machining issues - Loading corrugated materials into machines - Using hand tools to build packaging material - Will cross train in all departments Compensation for the Production Worker: - Starting pay is $17/hr (including an attendance incentive) Hours for the Production Worker: - The hours are Monday-Thursday 5am-3pm - Overtime on Fridays as needed Qualified Production Worker Requirements: - A minimum of 1-2 years of prior production experience - Ability to stand for the entire shift and lift up to 70lbs - Attention to detail - Ability to work at a fast pace and adjust to a variety of job duties - Ability to perform repetitive tasks - Must be able to pass a drug screen and thorough background check - Comfortable with cleaning dies and potentially getting ink on clothing Apply today!
