Forklift Operator - Warehouse

The Advance Group has partnered with a global solar panel manufacturing company in Walbridge, Ohio who just opened it's 4th location in the area and has a need for forklift drivers. The Forklift Operator position is responsible for safely and efficiently moving materials along with some warehouse duties as assigned. Duties for the Forklift Operator: - Safely and efficiently operate forklift - Load/unload materials - Picking - Material Handling - Packaging, inspecting, and banding modules by hand - Warehouse and Shipping duties - Data entry to document inventory and track shipments - Prepping trucks for shipments Requirements for the Forklift Operator: - Must have minimum 6 months of recent forklift experience - Must have a valid driver license - Ability to safely and efficiently operate equipment - Excellent attendance - Must be able to pass a drug and background check - Willing to work in various departments and drive to other buildings as needed - Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs on a consistent basis - Must be able to climb stairs occasionally and walk long distances - Good computer skills - Must be able to use hands to grasp, carry, lift, and feel objects as required - High School Diploma/GED Shift for the Forklift Operator: - Night shift: 6pm-6:10am (with paid lunch) - Rotating schedule means you'll get a 3 day weekend, every other weekend PLUS day(s) off during the week Pay for the Forklift Operator: - $19.80/hour ($18/hour + 10% shift differential ) Forklift Operator Candidates Apply Today!
