No previous manufacturing experience is required, and employees will be trained on the job. - Operate manufacturing equipment to cut and bend thin rolls of metal to specific lengths. - Load approximately 35 lb. metal spools onto machines. - Inspect and package completed products. - Perform repetitive manufacturing tasks while standing for most of the shift. - Use hand tools to build machinery dies. - Follow safety procedures and maintain good attendance. - Work independently while also working as part of a team.
