Lead investigations of nonconformances, quality escapes, and customer issues using root cause analysis, while developing and verifying corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to drive continuous improvement.
Analyze quality metrics, inspection results, and manufacturing performance trends to identify risks, reduce defects, improve product reliability, and enhance manufacturing efficiency.
Support internal and external audits by maintaining quality records, inspection documentation, and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, customer, and regulatory requirements.
