Commercial & AI Analyst

Position Summary

The Commercial & AI Analyst will play a significant role in supporting the delivery of our growth strategy by supporting the Sales, Operations, Product Management, Marketing, Digital, and Pricing teams with insight & data to help drive business decisions. This role will involve hands-on engagement with business data and the commercial agenda. The role will have responsibility for creating and maintaining reports and dashboards, providing analysis and making recommendations to leadership, and providing ad-hoc data support across departments globally.

This role will also leverage advanced analytics and AI techniques to identify patterns, generate predictive insights, and support data-driven automation and decision-making across the business.

This role goes beyond traditional reporting and analytics by applying advanced data science and AI techniques to proactively drive business performance and enable scalable, automated decision-making.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Carry out in-depth analyses of business activities to identify learnings and recommendations
• Develop and maintain reports to help stakeholders manage and grow the business
• Work on ad hoc data and analysis requests from business teams
• Act as lead analyst across various project teams
• Monitor business performance against targets and report to leadership
• Develop and contribute to business reviews and leadership presentations
• Develop and apply predictive and prescriptive analytics models
• Leverage AI and machine learning techniques to uncover insights from complex datasets
• Partner with Technology & AI teams to identify and prioritize AI use cases
• Translate business problems into analytical and AI-driven solutions
• Evaluate and monitor performance of analytical and AI models
• Support data preparation and feature engineering for modeling
• Contribute to responsible AI practices including governance and explainability
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and decision workflows
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 2+ years of experience in an analytical role
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
• Experience with SQL and data structures
• Experience with predictive analytics or statistical modeling
• Familiarity with Python or similar tools
• Experience working with large and complex datasets
• Understanding of AI/ML lifecycle (training, validation, monitoring)
• Awareness of data governance, bias, and explainability principles
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
