About TensorWave

Our mission is simple: deliver seamless, secure, reliable, and resilient AI compute at scale. We've built a versatile cloud platform that eliminates infrastructure barriers, empowering builders to focus on innovation instead of fighting their stack. Because breakthrough AI should move at the speed of ideas, not infrastructure.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Treasury Analyst to support the day-to-day execution of the company’s liquidity tracking, cash forecasting, debt compliance schedules, treasury operations, and corporate risk and insurance management - with a particular focus across corporate entities and Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs).

Reporting directly to the Treasury Manager, the Treasury Analyst will be a key hands-on operational contributor. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering cash flow inputs, running daily cash positioning, maintaining financial and debt models, preparing compliance documentation, coordinating commercial insurance policies and risk claims, and executing routine bank operations. This position focuses on analytical precision, detail-oriented data management, and operational support to ensure the treasury and risk management functions run seamlessly.

This role is an ideal fit for a proactive finance or accounting professional looking to deepen their corporate treasury and risk management experience within a fast-growing, complex AI infrastructure company.

What You’ll Do

  • Daily Cash Positioning & Reporting: Gather bank balance data, track daily inflows and outflows, and compile daily cash positioning reports across all corporate and SPV bank accounts.
  • 13-Week Cash Forecast Support: Collect operational cash needs from Accounts Payable, Procurement, and Supply Chain to update and maintain the 13-week rolling cash forecast model.
  • Insurance & Risk Administration: Support annual commercial insurance renewals by collecting exposure data across hardware/data centers, track active policies and premium payment schedules, and issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs) to lenders and commercial partners.
  • Claims Tracking & Coordination: Serve as the primary internal contact for logging, filing, and tracking corporate and property insurance claims, coordinating documentation between operations, legal, and brokers/adjusters.
  • Cash Movement & Operational Execution: Draft, set up, and process approved internal bank transfers, vendor disbursements, and intercompany settlements in accordance with internal control policies.
  • Debt & Covenant Compliance Schedules: Maintain up-to-date debt schedules, track interest and amortization payment dates, calculate key metrics, and prepare preliminary lender compliance packages and certificate drafts for review.
  • SPV Cash Flow Tracking: Assist in tracking SPV-level activity, preparing schedules for capital contributions and distributions, and logging interest/fee allocations across entities.
  • Bank Account & Portal Administration: Handle routine banking administrative tasks, including maintaining user access logs, updating signatory documentation, assisting with account openings, and completing bank KYC/AML requests.
  • Investment & Balance Monitoring: Monitor daily liquidity balances against corporate investment policies and track short-term yield/interest earned on surplus funds.
  • Month-End Reconciliation & Accounting Support: Perform cash and debt reconciliations, support month-end close schedules, and partner with Accounting to ensure accurate ledger entries and eliminations.
  • Treasury Systems & Data Maintenance: Support treasury system enhancements, ERP integrations (NetSuite), and banking platform configurations to optimize daily reporting workflows.
