Proofreaders and Resolution Writers

The Tennessee General Assembly’s Office of Legal Services is actively seeking applicants for four seasonal, on site, Proofreaders and two seasonal, on site, Resolution Writers.

These positions require an excellent knowledge of grammar and punctuation rules and careful attention to detail. A bachelor’s degree in English or Journalism is preferred.

Session Proofreaders and Resolution Writers will be paid an hourly rate and will work from December 1, 2026 through April 2027. These positions will be full-time hours for the duration of the employment period.

Interested applicants must submit an application, consisting of a resume and cover letter detailing which position they are apply for, Proofreader, Resolution Writer or both.
