- B. Tech – Mechanical Engineering
- Knowledge of SAP, & MS Office

- Daily downtime analysis, taking corrective and preventive actions, increasing productivity levels, coordination with service departments to increase overall asset effectiveness.
- To identify the unsafe conditions and to prevent accident on shopfloor.
- Adhere the routine preventive maintenance schedule for all equipment’s in shop floor.
- Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
- Responsible for maintaining discipline in shop floor and plant premises.
- Identify training needs of personnel and provide congenial atmosphere to all. Imparting Continuous on job training to new and regular workforce for accomplishing greater operational effectiveness/ efficiency
