Maintenance Worker

District Maintenance Worker

START DATE: Available Immediately

HOURS: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Demonstrated experience in commercial, institutional, or residential painting and related surface preparation
• Knowledge of standard painting methods, materials, tools, and equipment
• Ability to properly prepare surfaces, including patching, sanding, scraping, caulking, priming, and related preparation
• Ability to apply interior and exterior paints, stains, finishes, and other coatings using brushes, rollers, sprayers, and other appropriate equipment
• Knowledge of basic maintenance and repair practices
• Ability to safely operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment commonly used in maintenance and painting work
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, climbing ladders, and working in various environmental conditions
• Valid driver's license preferred/required, if applicable to the position
• Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status

SALARY: $59,881.00 - $74,881.00 The salary range reflects the anticipated base compensation for this position. Final salary placement will be determined based on the selected candidate's relevant education, years of experience, and alignment with the District's negotiated salary guide and/or placement practices.
