GROW YOUR CLINICAL CAREER WITH THE SUPPORT BUILT IN

Are you a BCaBA who wants meaningful clinical work without having to find and pay for your own supervision?

At Tellos ABA Therapy, we believe great outcomes for kids start with providers who feel supported, mentored, and set up to grow.

We're looking for BCaBAs in the Summerville, South Carolina area who want to develop their clinical skills, work closely with an experienced BCBA, and build a caseload that fits their professional goals.

HOW IT WORKS

You deliver high-quality ABA services in person, primarily in clients' homes, with some services in school and community settings.

We provide the qualified BCBA supervision you need to maintain your certification, along with an operations team that handles the administrative work behind the scenes.

YOU FOCUS ON:

  • Delivering quality care and building strong relationships with families.
  • Supporting assessments and individualized treatment planning under the guidance of your supervising BCBA.
  • Supervising and supporting RBTs on your cases, depending on caseload and applicable requirements.
  • Growing your clinical skills through ongoing mentorship and collaboration.

WE HANDLE:

  • BCBA Supervision: Tellos provides a qualified, South Carolina-based BCBA supervisor at no cost to you to meet your ongoing BACB supervision requirements.
  • The Paperwork: Credentialing, authorizations, billing, and claims submissions.
  • Client Acquisition: We manage referrals and intake and connect you with local families seeking services.
  • RBT Staffing: We handle sourcing, vetting, onboarding, and payroll for RBTs supporting your cases.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assessments: Conduct and assist with functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments under the direction and oversight of your supervising BCBA.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop, implement, and support individualized, evidence-based treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) in collaboration with your supervising BCBA.
  • Data-Based Decision Making: Collect and analyze data, monitor client progress, and recommend or implement program adjustments within your authorized scope and under BCBA supervision.
  • RBT Support: Provide supervision, training, and feedback to RBTs to support treatment fidelity, depending on caseload and applicable supervision requirements.
  • Caregiver Partnership: Provide parent and caregiver training to help families reinforce skills across home and community settings.
  • Documentation: Complete accurate and timely session notes, progress reports, and clinical documentation that meet medical necessity and payer requirements.
  • Supervision & Ethics: Participate in regular supervision meetings, observations, and clinical collaboration while practicing in accordance with the BACB Ethics Code for Behavior Analysts.
