Systems Engineer

Description-Management of Azure Endpoint Manager environment.-Management of Azure Intune MDM environment.-Proactively keep up to date with Azure Virtual Device updates and best practices.-Ideally proficient with Nerdio AVD Enterprise management.-Refresh laptop/desktop and AVD images on regular bases.-Work with other departments in the creation of AVD Desktops that fit their needs.-Trouble shoot desktop and AVD issues that are escalated from the Service Desk Supportteam.-Work assigned service tickets.-Keep up to date on windows operating systems.SkillsWindows, System administrator, Systems engineering, Active directory, Powershell, Azure AVD, Entra, Intune, NerdioTop Skills Details-7+ years of experience working desktop management systems.- Deploying, maintaining, and expanding Azure AVD.- Deploying and maintaining Azure Intune- Deploying and maintaining Azure AD, Entra ID.- Maintaining Windows operating systems- PowerShell Scripting Required.- Management of Lenovo Laptop harware- Experience or familiarity with SharePointAdditional Skills & Qualifications- Nerdio, nice to have- Accounting industry, nice to haveExperience LevelIntermediate Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlotte, NC.
