Syndicated Loan Specialist

💼 Syndicated Loan Specialist $24.04$28.85/hr | 3-Month Contract | Tulsa, OK | On-SiteWere looking for an experienced banking professional with a strong background in commercial lending, syndicated loans, or bilateral loans. This role supports complex commercial loans throughout the loan lifecycle.

• What Youll Do: Manage loan boarding and servicing, process transactions and money movement, review detailed credit agreements, handle modifications, and perform quality-control reviews to ensure loan information is accurate.
• What Were Looking For: 35 years of lending experience with commercial loans and hands-on experience with syndicated or bilateral loans. Candidates should understand the full loan lifecycle and have experience with CLS, ALS, or Loan IQ.
• Ideal background: Experience reviewing complex credit agreements and working with principal, interest, fees, rollovers, and loan modifications. Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
