Senior CLM Administrator

DescriptionA client of TEKsystems is seeking an Expert DocuSign CLM Administrator to serve as the primary owner of the organization's DocuSign Contract Lifecycle Management platform. This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing contract workflows while partnering directly with Legal, Compliance, Sales, and Technology stakeholders to deliver scalable contract management solutions. The ideal candidate combines deep hands-on DocuSign CLM expertise with strong business analysis and solution design capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and enhance DocuSign CLM and eSignature platformsDesign and implement contract lifecycle workflows and approval processesGather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into technical solutionsWork through a large backlog of CLM enhancement initiativesSupport DocuSign and Salesforce integration processesConfigure templates, clauses, metadata, and automation rulesEvaluate and implement new DocuSign capabilities and platform enhancementsPartner with Legal and Compliance teams to improve contract governance and reportingTroubleshoot platform and integration issuesSupport future AI and intelligent contract management initiativesSkillsDocusign CLM, Workflow Configuration, PowerForms, Requirements Gathering, Stakeholder Management, Salesforce CRM, AppExchange, DocuSign IAM, CLM AI, Rest API, Mulesoft, Workato, NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, ERP IntegrationTop Skills DetailsDocusign CLM,Workflow Configuration,PowerForms,Requirements Gathering,Stakeholder Management,Salesforce CRM,AppExchangeAdditional Skills & QualificationsRequired Experience5+ years of administering and configuring enterprise CLM or eSignature platforms.3+ years of hands-on DocuSign CLM experience.Proven experience designing complex contract workflows and approval processes.Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.Experience owning a CLM platform roadmap and enhancement backlog.Experience partnering directly with Legal, Sales, Procurement, or Compliance organizations.Working knowledge of Salesforce architecture and administration concepts.Experience troubleshooting integrations utilizing APIs, OAuth, and connected applications.Preferred Experience:DocuSign CLM certification.DocuSign Administrator certification.DocuSign for Salesforce experience.Experience with DocuSign IAM, CLM+, Insight, Navigator, or related AI-enabled offerings.Experience within healthcare, healthcare technology, financial services, or other regulated industries.Experience integrating CLM platforms with Salesforce, NetSuite, MuleSoft, Workato, or similar tools.Familiarity with contract analytics, obligation tracking, and AI-assisted contract review.Experience LevelExpert Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $65.00 - $80.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
