Looking to Start a Career in Technology Sales?
You don't need years of sales experience to be successful in this role.
Our client is looking for an early-career professional who is competitive, outgoing, confident, coachable, and hungry to build a career in sales.
This is a great opportunity to enter the technology industry with an organization that helps businesses modernize how their employees communicate, collaborate, and work.
The company designs and delivers workplace technology solutions ranging from audiovisual and video conferencing systems to collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Cisco Webex. Their technology capabilities also include digital signage, video walls, workplace analytics and room-booking technology, network and structured cabling, fiber optics, wireless infrastructure, and other technologies that support modern workplaces.
Instead of selling one simple product, you'll learn how businesses evaluate technology for conference rooms, offices, training spaces, collaboration environments, and other workplace settings.
This opportunity is all about personality and potential. They want someone who enjoys talking to people, isn't afraid to pick up the phone, likes competing toward goals, and wants an opportunity where hard work can directly impact their career and earning potential.
Your background could be in retail, hospitality, customer service, athletics, recruiting, fundraising, an internship, or another people-focused environment. You may simply be early in your professional career and know that you want to get into sales.
Previous professional sales experience is not required. If you bring the right attitude, energy, and work ethic, the team can teach you the sales process and technology.
What You'll Do

Research target companies and identify key decision-makers
Start conversations and develop relationships with prospective customers
Schedule meetings for Account Managers and sales leadership
Learn how to prospect and generate new business
Build an understanding of workplace technology and audiovisual solutions

Who We're Looking For

Competitive and motivated by goals

Confident communicating over the phone
Energetic and personable
Coachable and eager to learn
Resilient and able to handle rejection
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Willing to put yourself out there and start conversations
Curious about technology and business
Hungry for an opportunity to prove yourself and grow
Experience in sales is a plus, but it is not required. Experience from athletics, retail, hospitality, customer service, recruiting, fundraising, internships, campus organizations, or other competitive and people-facing environments can translate well into this position.
