Description Serve as the end-to-end program and project lead for the Prior Authorization interoperability workstream, from planning and requirements through implementation, readiness, and transition to operations. Build and maintain an integrated program plan that aligns business activities, IT workstreams, vendor deliverables, dependencies, milestones, critical path, resources, and decision points. Lead day-to-day project management across business, IT, and vendor teams, including agendas, working sessions, action tracking, issue resolution, status reporting, and executive escalation. Coordinate delivery of API and system integration capabilities, ensuring business workflows, technical interfaces, data exchange, vendor components, testing, and operational processes remain aligned. Manage vendors through software delivery cycles, including contract deliverables, schedules, dependencies, environments, release plans, defect resolution, acceptance criteria, and implementation commitments. Facilitate cross-functional design and delivery decisions involving business operations, clinical or authorization operations, enterprise architecture, application teams, integration teams, data teams, information security, privacy, compliance, quality assurance, and operational support. Establish clear ownership and accountability for deliverables; follow up with stakeholders and escalate unresolved decisions, risks, resource constraints, or missed commitments in a timely manner. Manage scope, schedule, quality, resources, and delivery risk to achieve approved commitments. Evaluate proposed changes and communicate impacts to leadership and affected teams. Coordinate test strategy and execution across unit, integration, system, vendor, user acceptance, regression, and operational readiness activities, as applicable to the solution. Lead implementation planning, release readiness, deployment coordination, contingency planning, stakeholder communications, training coordination, and post-implementation stabilization. Perform other duties aligned with the Prior Authorization interoperability engagement as assigned. Approved program charter, scope, objectives, governance model, and stakeholder map. Integrated business, IT, and vendor delivery plan with milestones, dependencies, resources, and critical path. Business and technical requirements package with traceability to design, testing, and acceptance. RACI, communication plan, decision log, RAID log, change log, and recurring status reports. Vendor delivery oversight, release coordination, acceptance tracking, and escalation management. Test, implementation, operational readiness, training, transition, and stabilization plans. Executive-level summaries and recommendations supporting timely decisions.Additional Skills & Qualifications Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs and projects involving people, process, data, and technology. Strong facilitation, negotiation, written communication, executive communication, problem-solving, and decision-support skills. Ability to organize ambiguous work, create structure, manage competing priorities, and maintain momentum in a fast-moving environment.
