Program Manager

DescriptionLarge Social Media Company is seeking an experienced operations and project management professional to support our external researcher/partner onboarding and regulatory work. This individual will work with cross functional teams like Government, Politics, Advocacy, and Compliance Programs, Legal, and Business/Product Engineering to help implement scalable and automated processes for global researcher and partner onboarding and compliance. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, execution-minded professional who can think strategically, adapt quickly, and rapidly earn credibility and trust within all levels of the organization. They will have demonstrated the ability to coordinate with cross-functional leads on critical issues spanning partner onboarding, compliance monitoring and reporting, partnerships, and other interdependent teams. This person will be highly organized, productive, poised, and able to thrive in high-pressure, time-sensitive scenarios.Job Responsibilities:- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to pull reports on specific technical and non-technical phases of onboarding to provide evidence supporting audit requests- Routinely update compliance documentation- Routinely monitor and gather compliance reports- Compliantly create and deploy automated processes to improve operating efficiency across various workstreams- Monitor and manage processes to remove blockers and ensure smooth operational flows- Manage contract execution and completion from external researchers, their institutions, and internal counter signatories- Work with external partners to answer questions, triage problems, and troubleshoot- Communicate proactively and work with cross-functional teams to document processes, identify bottlenecks, flag potential risks, and resolve issues- Drive operational excellence by identifying and executing processes that create efficiency, remove obstacles, and improve operational metrics- Provide quality assurance and vetting review for inbound application submissions and suggestions for improvements- Identify potential risks and escalate accordingly in the event of suspicious application submissionsSkillsProgram management, Project management, Audit management, Compliance auditing, Cross Functional teams, PMPTop Skills DetailsProgram management, Project management, Audit management, Compliance auditingAdditional Skills & QualificationsSkills:- Experience with regulatory audits and can provide detail-oriented and timely audit responses- Experience in partner onboarding processes, including vetting global partner criteria and contracting- Experience drafting and circulating compliance and monitoring reports- Experience with prompt engineering- Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills- Strong ability to work independently and manage ones time- Team player with demonstrated project management skills. Will be asked to keep multiple projects and programs moving simultaneously- Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback- Strong knowledge of building operational processes- Ability to quickly learn different computer softwares and platforms- Strong data management skills- Experience in organization and attentive to detail while delivering in a timely matter- Experience in academic and/or researcher background is preferredEducation/Experience:- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.- PMI or PMP certification preferred.Top 3 must-have HARD/MUST have skills: 1.
