DescriptionPosition Overview We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead enterprise application modernization initiatives focused on transforming and replatforming our .NET application ecosystem. This individual will play a critical role in driving modernization efforts that leverage AI-driven capabilities, cloud technologies, and modern software engineering practices. The ideal candidate combines strong program management expertise with deep technical acumen. This is not a traditional project coordination role. We are seeking someone who can challenge assumptions, drive accountability, ask the right questions, and effectively bridge communication between engineering teams and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead large-scale application modernization and replatforming initiatives across the .NET technology landscape. Drive execution of AI-enabled modernization, cloud adoption, and web application transformation programs. Challenge timelines, estimates, technical approaches, and assumptions to ensure realistic delivery plans. Embed with business stakeholders to improve understanding of modernization efforts and technology investments. Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language while maintaining technical credibility. Drive accountability across cross-functional teams and proactively remove delivery obstacles. Required Qualifications8+ years of Program Management experience leading complex technology initiatives. Proven experience managing application modernization, cloud transformation, or replatforming programs. Strong understanding of .NET architectures, modern web applications, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred). Ability to challenge technical estimates and implementation approaches through informed questioning and analysis.Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and Agile delivery experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting AI-enabled software modernization initiatives. Insurance or financial services industry experience.
