Approach ambiguous or complex problems with curiosity, structured thinking, and a solution-oriented mindset. Learn new platforms, technologies, and analytical tools to expand your capabilities and contribute to increasingly complex projects. Use available data, test results, and stakeholder feedback to help evaluate product and campaign performance.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Demonstrated ownership and accountability, with a track record of proactively following through on commitments. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including communicating project status, risks, and next steps. Customer-service mindset with the ability to build positive, trusted relationships with internal business partners.
