Customer Service Representative - Nashville, TNJoin a fast-paced automotive auction team! This role focuses on customer service, data entry, order processing, vehicle documentation, and auction preparation. You'll work closely with a small team to ensure accurate records and a smooth auction process.What You'll Do:

• Process orders, paperwork, and data entry
• Maintain customer and vehicle records
• Answer questions and resolve issues professionally
• Inspect vehicles and help prepare them for auction

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Strong customer service and attention to detail
• Comfortable with computers and data entry
• Reliable team player in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work outside
