Desktop Support Technician DescriptionWe are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to assist with a large-scale PC Lifecycle Replacement project. This position will support hardware and software deployments, image and configure machines, troubleshoot technical issues, and decommission outdated equipment. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.This is a 6-month contract opportunity with the potential for extension based on project needs and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, image, and configure desktop and laptop computers
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Assist with device replacements and workstation setup
• Decommission, inventory, and recycle outdated equipment
• Provide technical support to end users
• Document work performed and maintain asset records
• Support project-related tasks as assigned
