Our client is searching for a Site Support IT Admin in Conway, Arkansas.This position is a long-term contract that may lead to full-time employment down the road.DescriptionOur client is seeking an onsite Site Admin/Endpoint Support Specialist to support their location in Conway. This individual will be responsible for provisioning and supporting endpoint devices for engineers, configuring PCs for test stations and equipment, managing permissions and software installs, and delivering hightouch (white glove) support in a fastgrowing engineering environment.Skills & QualificationsConfigure and provision endpoint devices for engineers based on role and admin rightsInstall, manage, and troubleshoot software and permissionsSupport PCs connected to engineering test equipmentProvide handson, onsite support for engineers and lab/testing environmentsUnderstand when to resolve issues independently vs. escalate to network/security teamsIT/OT environment exposureNetworking fundamentals (enough to ask the right questions)Workflow documentation and process improvementRemote access tools and secure file transfersAll candidates must submit to a drug and background check. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Conway, AR. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
