For a new Infor ERP implementation, our client is seeking an experienced Supply Chain, Warehouse & Procurement Functional Analyst to support, configure, and maintain procurement, inventory, warehouse, and logistics modules within Infor CloudSuite Industrial Enterprise (LN). This is a functional support role responsible for ensuring end users can effectively execute purchasing, receiving, inventory, and shipping processes through correct configuration and guidance. Candidates should be able to write their own SQL queries for day-to-day work (select statements, joins, etc.), though deeper database development, such as stored procedures, is not required.

Experience using AI tools like Codex and Claude is a huge plus.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and maintain CSIE modules for Purchasing, Vendor Management, Inventory, Warehouse Operations, Logistics, and Factory Track.

Provide functional user support and troubleshooting for procurement, receiving, inventory, and shipping issues.

Investigate inventory accuracy, material movements, and transaction flows to ensure accuracy and proper configuration.

Collaborate with Operations and Procurement to optimize procure-to-pay (P2P) and warehouse execution through system settings and workflows.

Maintain technical solution and configuration documentation, and collaborate with Super Users and SMEs on end-user training materials and SOPs across the Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Procurement domains.

Partner with the ERP Admin and Developers to test patches, releases, and integration enhancements.

Manage support cases with Infor for Supply Chain, Warehouse, or Factory Track incidents.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or Information Systems.

3+ years of direct module ownership for an ERP system in the Manufacturing industry (Infor CSIE / LN experience would be ideal).

3+ years ERP configuration experience supporting procurement, inventory, and warehouse functions.

Solid understanding of procure-to-pay, inventory control, and multi-site material flows.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities for functional issues.
