Maintain technical solution and configuration documentation, and collaborate with Super Users and SMEs on end-user training materials and SOPs across the Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Procurement domains.

Partner with the ERP Admin and Developers to test patches, releases, and integration enhancements.

Manage support cases with Infor for Supply Chain, Warehouse, or Factory Track incidents.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or Information Systems.

3+ years of direct module ownership for an ERP system in the Manufacturing industry (Infor CSIE / LN experience would be ideal).

3+ years ERP configuration experience supporting procurement, inventory, and warehouse functions.

Solid understanding of procure-to-pay, inventory control, and multi-site material flows.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities for functional issues.
