Desktop Support Engineer

Seeking a Desktop Support Technician that understands how to do desktop support as well as helpdesk. There are alot of tickets with more coming out. November is a busy time for upgrades as well as new phones or just updates to current phones. With that comes MFA issues. These will be more tickets, also, getting new laptops and therefore will need to troubleshoot any issues with the upload and transition to win 11.
