What You'll Do

• Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding accounts, products, and services
• Research and resolve customer issues while maintaining a high level of professionalism
• Process account maintenance requests and provide accurate account information
• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels
• Navigate multiple systems while maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy
