• $53,000 annual salary + overtime eligibility
• Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
• Paid training and dedicated onboarding support
• Consistent schedule of 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Occasional Saturdays required (up to 8-12 annually depending on assignment)

• Assist members with account, service, and support-related inquiries
• Provide high-quality service through phone-based interactions
• Identify solutions and guide customers through next steps
• Accurately document interactions while working across multiple systems
