Descriptionperform eligibility checks for potential customers, as well as monitor and compensate third parties for their performance in recruiting customers. This position will play a key role in managing customer enrollment and payment operations for their Flexible Pricing Rate Pilot, as well as conducting additional reporting. This position is responsible for receiving and validating enrollment forms from account managers, submitting eligible customers to a third party supplier for enrollment, and confirming enrollment status back to stakeholders. This position will also be a subject matter expert for the pilot’s automated enrollment and billing platform and will be responsible for pulling data from the platform, ensuring its accuracy, and working with the third party platform provider to report bugs/errors, make enhancements, and maintain the system. The role also includes overseeing manual enrollment processes for Automation Service Providers, maintaining detailed metrics on enrollment activity (e.g., number of customers, MW enrolled, benefiters vs. non-benefiters), and tracking billing status. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $37.00 - $40.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
