Description

Assemble or fabricate electrical, electronic, or mechanical components or equipment, including the operations of mechanical machinery, calibration equipment, power tools, and electronic tooling. Apply specific functional knowledge, including working and general industry knowledge. Assist in the development of solutions to problems of moderate scope and complexity. Collaborate with a team under general supervision and provide guidance for less experienced team members.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience performing aircraft maintenance tasks as an avionics specialist on F16 aircraft Knowledge of F-16 Avionics Ability to perform on-aircraft physical tasks associated with F16 aircraft maintenance and perform repetitive movements, including standing, working overhead, and using hands to grasp and feel Ability to obtain a Secret clearance HS diploma or GED Graduate of a Military Avionics Technical School Nice to Have Skills Experience performing aircraft maintenance tasks as an avionics specialist on F-35 aircraft Knowledge of F-35 Avionics Secret clearance Associate's degree
