Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily jobsite operations for seed and grain industry projects across the US.
- Ensure jobsite safety, OSHA compliance, and zero-incident culture.
- Maintain quality standards, project schedules, and labor budgets.
- Plan construction activities, manpower, equipment, and materials.
- Supervise crews and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Construction Managers, and customers.
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and manage project closeout.
Requirements
- 5+ years of agricultural construction experience.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, equipment, and OSHA safety regulations.
- Experience in crew management, project planning, and jobsite execution.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Advanced safety and construction training preferred.
