Create, implement, and manage advanced automation workflow systems that extract, transform, and load data from outdated sources into modern databases like SQL while automating communication processes.
Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams and engage clients to comprehend project requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
Apply Power Platform or computer science skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues associated with digital Power Apps or Power Automate systems and their functionality within the DHS CBP environment.

Clearance:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Power Apps and Power Automate within a DHS CBP environment.
Create clear functional and technical documentation to support ongoing operations.
Background in application development or computer science.
Hands-on experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Fx) is preferred, or a strong background in object-oriented programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python) with the expectation of delivering solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
