Campus Director

About the Position: Technology Learning Center (TLC), an ACCSC-accredited technical training school, is seeking a motivated, organized, and hands-on Campus Director to oversee daily operations, lead student recruitment and enrollment, and support the school\'s continued growth. We are looking for an independent, results-driven leader who enjoys working with students, instructors, employers, and community organizations. Key Responsibilities: ?\~Campus Operations: Oversee daily school operations, instructor scheduling, student services ?\~Admissions & Enrollment: Manage HubSpot CRM, follow up with prospective students, conduct school tours, and oversee the enrollment process. ?\~Marketing & Outreach: Work with our digital marketing agency, organize open houses, and develop relationships with MassHire, career counselors, and community organizations. ?\~Employer Relations: Build relationships with local employers and assist students with career placement opportunities. ?\~Staff Coordination: Work with instructors and existing administrative personnel to ensure efficient operations and student success. ?\~Compliance: Coordinate accreditation, state licensing, and regulatory requirements with school ownership. ?\~Campus Growth: Identify opportunities to improve enrollment and operations, evaluate staffing needs, and recommend additional support as needed. ?\~Reporting: Provide ownership with weekly HubSpot and enrollment updates and regular operational reports. Qualifications: ? \~ Experience in school administration, admissions, operations management, or a related leadership role. ? \~Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. ? \~Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities. ? \~Experience with CRM systems and student recruitment preferred. ? \~Experience in vocational, technical, or postsecondary education preferred. ? \~Bachelor\'s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered. ? \~Hands-on leadership style with a strong commitment to student success.
