Responsibilities
This position description does not represent a current opening but may be used to identify candidates with skills and experience to fill a position within Technica Corporation once the contract is awarded. Candidates who express an interest may be considered for future positions at Technica Corporation. If a position becomes available that aligns with your qualifications, our recruitment team will contact you.
Technica is seeking a Program Manager for the Department of Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3). The PM shall provide overall management and oversight of all activities performed by Contractor personnel, including subcontractors, to satisfy the requirements identified in this PWS. The PM shall facilitate Government and Contractor communications, use industry-best standards and proven methodologies to track and document requirements and activities to allow for continuous monitoring and evaluation by the Government, and ensure all tasks are accomplished. The PM shall be responsible for the quality and efficiency of the Contractor's performance and shall assist the Government with all financial and business processes, excluding inherently Governmental functions. The PM will be proactive in alerting the Government to potential contractual or programmatic and resource limitations issues and address any Government issues or concerns.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the principal liaison to the DC3 Director of Information Technology / Chief Information Officer and their designers, ensuring all program activities are aligned with DC3's operational priorities.
- Ensures the Contractor develops, executes, and maintains the PMP and all associated plans (e.g., Risk Management, Stakeholder Communication) as living documents throughout the period of performance.
- Ensures the timely Contractor delivery and quality of all contract deliverables and maintain accountability for meeting or exceeding all performance thresholds
- Proactively identify, report, and mitigate programmatic risks (cost, schedule, performance) while also identifying opportunities for technical innovation, cost savings, and process efficiencies
- Provides executive-level oversight during significant cybersecurity incidents or service disruptions, ensuring contractor crisis response efforts are effective, well-communicated, and adhere to Incident Response Plans.
- Ensures contractor performance adheres to mandated compliance policies and cybersecurity directives (e.g., CTOs, Task Orders) across the enterprise.
The position would be located at a government facility in Linthicum Heights, MD. and require work to be performed onsite. Any hybrid work schedule would require customer approval. The government has established policies for on-site vs hybrid work which varies across divisions and contracts. Where allowed, remote work must be coordinated with the team lead and/or government POC, ensuring there is zero interruption with the delivery of our services.
The annual base salary range for this position is $150,000 – $175,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Technica considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, location, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
