Position Summary

Techmer PM is seeking a detail-oriented Product Development Coordinator to support Technical Service and Product Development activities from work-order initiation through product setup and commercialization. This onsite role is responsible for maintaining accurate technical documentation, master data, raw material records, formulations, samples, and product lifecycle information while ensuring timely cross-functional communication and a professional customer experience.

Support Technical Service by maintaining accurate technical documentation, master data, raw-material records, formulations, samples, and product lifecycle information while ensuring timely cross-functional communication and a professional customer experience consistent with Techmer PM’s mission, principles, and values.

Job Responsibilities

Work Order Management

• Reviews work order requests for completeness, enters approved requests, coordinates required follow-up, and maintains accurate work order records.
• Creates Technical Data Sheets and Technical Bulletins for new products.
• Prepares exhibits and displays. Creates shipping labels for exhibits and samples. Facilitates the shipment.
• Communicates the shipment of exhibits or samples to sales with TDS, SDS, and tracking information.
• Ensures customer parts/exhibits are logged into the database and placed in the appropriate bin.

Information Flow Management

• Creates and submits design changes based on TS recommendations.
• Reviews incoming raw material Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for new revisions. Scans new revisions into the database and notifies regulatory support for review of new SDS.
• Completes and submits production trial forms based on TS recommendations.
• Prepares documents for new raw material approvals. Completes raw material code assignment and evaluation form, purchase specifications, and inspection plans.
• Manages the new raw material code ERP entry process including sending the appropriate forms out for approval, entering into the ERP system, and sending new raw material notification to the appropriate distribution group.
• Attend technical meetings as appropriate for note taking and distribution.
